Contract Law

​This chapter is designed to facilitate the understanding of contracts as, in our society, they represent a vehicle for planned exchanges. We will explain some of the main theories of the Law of Contract and the nature of contractual liability. More to that, this chapter examines the Consumer Rights Directive in order to raise awareness of consumer protection.
