About EERC Law Class
As the result of months of uncertainty caused by the actual medical, political and legal environment, planning the future has now become an arduous journey, especially for high school students who are about to start University.
Therefore, we decided to clarify the international legal framework for people who find themselves in the situation described above, so they can make an informed choice regarding going to University abroad.
We have created a custom module that will cover different, yet relevant legal topics which will be presented every month for this academic year. Moreover, in addition to the normal classes, we would like to debate the most important legal issues that the world is facing, so do not hesitate to check the Blog section as well.
We hope that this project will lead to the creation of an interest group willing to use the forum to ask questions, express opinions, request topics and exchange ideas. Our purpose is not only to explain simple, but useful and relevant law theories and concepts, but also to put high school children interested in a legal career in contact.

Our Mission
The EERC Law Class will be structured in 9 topics, during the academic year 2020-2021. We hope through this initiative to bring legal education closer to the high school students in Romania and not only, and to familiarize them with situations that they may encounter in their day-to-day life. Each topic will be divided into two categories, that will be discussed every second week. We will approach aspects of Romanian law, as well as notions of European law, amongst which we will include useful information about the legal framework in the UK and the Netherlands, the two countries where most of the Romanian students decide to leave for university. Not least, we will refer also to the US legal system, in order to have a better overview of the topics approached.

“The Law ... is perfection of reason.”
